Identifying the scope – we help identify, structure, analyse, advise and evaluate the risks involved with the project
Planning and Organising – Projects should always be looked at in a global way and they require the participation of many departments. We look to standardise the process and reach a general consensus. We would identify internal and external resources required for the project, organise progress meetings, implement budget, communication and quality control processes.
Project Specification – We work with our clients to draw up the project specification which will cover all organisational and technical aspects for the deployment.
Initiating – We communicate the project plan to all the stakeholders and ensure their commitment.
Post Project Review – The experience gained during the deployment is transferred and documented for future use.
G-Tec has a dedicated support team who are available to take calls from our customers and their users (8am – 6pm GMT). We can also offer an in-house dedicated helpdesk should it be required or can simply compliment your IT team with additional temporary holiday or sickness cover when required.
Many of our larger customers have enjoyed the benefits of having our expertise on site full time. This enables us to share our knowledge and assist your current staff. Obviously the benefit of having this knowledge on hand can prove priceless. We have a pool of expert consultants, so we can cover holidays, illness or any unforeseen circumstances at a moments notice.
